1. Non-Custom Jewelry:Items that are non-customized may be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition. All returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and documentation intact.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period, and we will guide you through the return process.
2. Engagement Rings:Engagement rings are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Due to the emotional and personal nature of these purchases, we do not offer refunds on engagement rings. If you are not satisfied with your engagement ring, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or store credit.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:In the unlikely event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide you with an exchange for the same item, or a replacement of the same value, as long as the defect or damage was a result of shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to begin the exchange process.Return shipping for defective or damaged products is covered by AAA Diamonds, and we will ensure the return shipping label is provided to you at no cost.
4. Custom & Non-Custom Orders:We accept exchanges for both custom and non-custom orders within 14 days from the date of receipt.
